i'm now on my parents' slow, state-owned computer, and went to the website, and realized you SIMPLY CAN'T SEE what's written in and around the background pentagrams. when on chuck's computer, inside the pentagrams it says "This is a Joke!", and in between the pentagrams it says "Yes this IS (underlined) a joke!" ask jim, he saw it too! but it was really quite blurry and difficult to read.

...But is he Finnish or not? The e-mail address seems to be of non-US origin, but I have no idea how easily that can be faked. Are there such things as "offshore e-mail accounts"? A bunch of the messages in the Guest Book appear to be Finnish, but I really wouldn't know for sure, and they could have been sent in by Finns who fell for the joke. Anybody know how to read them? I'm going to go ahead and vote that "he's definitely Finnish", just because we have to take some risks in life.

I saved the background and blew it up real big, and indeed saw the words.

This was almost as fun as Howard Johnson's clam plate orgy scandal. You remember... the clam plate orgy?
