I don't think that this belongs in EVIL. I think it belongs in CRIME.

These kids are sad, not evil. WAL-MART is evil for disrupting families (and communities.) The parents of the 4 year old are evil for leaving their 2 month old unattended with a 4 year old and a brick. Etc..

It's all really so sad... I'm gonna go cry now...

In general, I agree with you. Mostly, kids are born innocent and learn their horrible behavior from our fucked-up society...however, there are two exceptions:

Damion and my cousin, Ronnie...
