While this is humorous and well written, and while I am fully for people finding their own path without the aid of Christianity, the fact that the intro to this story sounds like an "Us versus Them" holy war actually made me want to vote it down.

I have been commanded by the Power I Believe In to remain neutral in such matters, as this kind of "Us vs. Them" attitude only creates divisions. That isn't what we, as a species, are here on this world to accomplish. WHat we are here to do is pull together. We need each other to survive, and religion, I feel, is nothing more than a wedge that continues to split us apart.

Really, I get your point and agree in an abstract way.

But c'mon, this is place called "Satanosphere." We're therefore at times expected to make comments or introductory remarks of a somewhat satirical nature.

To illustrate, I'm sure Matt's mama is a very genuine and nice woman. It's just comedy. That is, until Matt finally cracks and takes out his revenge on us all.

(That's actually something his mama is more inclined to do. Ba-BING, eh!)
