Mostly I can agree with your point of view - but, I'd like to disagree in that I think there are more "good" Christians than the wackos. But you're right in that they are "quieter". Just like there are more "good" kids than "bad", but you only hear of the really heinous ones. There are more "good" cops than "bad", but of course you get no Eyewitness news coverage for just doing your job. There are more "good" Islamic fundamentalists than "bad" but the "good" ones don't ram airplanes into towers filled with innocent people. There are more "good" Christians than "bad" but the good ones don't care about rooking you of your money over tv and radio or infiltrating government positions to force their way of life on you.

I guess I need to let this one go...just wanted to make my lonely voice heard.
