I'd totally vote for Cactus jack in a second!! Honestly, I think that's why they pulled the 'Hulkster for President' campaign 4 years ago. The realization that T. Hogan could actually pick up a large amount of the popular vote probably scared Vince a little too much, especially considering how jealous Vince would've been when Hulkster wouldn't give him the Vice-Presidency. Still, anything's better than Jesse Ventura in the White House.
