its alright, right? no, its strong right? finding out someone spent the week laying in bed looking out the window, and just telling them thats tough, ouch, that sucks, your okay right? and that this was the first night theyve been out since that time we talked it's alright isn't it, to just give them a hug. . . oh yeah im fine... and then continue on?

Well, there's a big difference between an ex who holds you hostage and manipulates you with suicide threats, and a depressed friend. But I guess it's none of my business. What is it with me, anyway? I see a question mark, I want to answer. I gotta get these compulsions under control.

to give hugs, and ask if they are "alright", if you see a bad flux in their aura. Just reaching out that much will sometimes adjust them enuff to make them start really considering if they are okay, and go about making themselves okay. Then you tell them straight, "you are gonna be better now." It at least makes them realize that their pain is visible. And it is healthy to get out of your own funk long enuff and consider the pain of others, and spend some energy to fix them.

But I'm a dork, so don't take my word on it.

Now, how much will you pay? But wait, there's more...
